No. The complete rear end is not a direct swap. You can take the center section (often called a 3rd member) from the 72 on back & put it in the housing. The 67-72 C20 with v-8 & auto trans has 4:11 gear ratios. It is very desirable as it gives a better highway ratio. It is pretty rare though.
