Wow, that is a hefty price. I think around here it’s about $125 a cord of split hardwood. About $70 for a good pickup load and $50 if you haul it.
We had some land logged off of white oak a few years ago and we let several friends cut all the tops they wanted. Hardly put a dent in the tops.
I have a good cord of seasoned oak ready to mix in with the green oak I’m cutting now for this winter.
Going to start splitting a trailer load today.

I’ll give you the same deal as George, only I’ll have a cooler nearby for breaks.
