If the 03 indicates month (01 Jan, 02 Feb, 03 March, etc) and the next numbers indicate day (14th) then what would the 61 in the F0361A indicate as listed on the inliners.org website?

I'd like to get solid data on the engine numbers for inclusion in the VIN Cruncher, but all i've really been able to find is alot of conflicting information, or at the very least, confusing.

an idea is only stupid if you think about it rationally.
