it went away. guess we leave it at that. back to the subject. you might think before you do away with the controller. i understand about the original equipment thing, but if you ever do pull a trailer those things are real handy. a trailer that's loaded too far back can sway and cause you to jacknife. that button is a damned good way to save your truck, or your life. just think about it. maybe you can hide it better, but still be able to use it.
