I had the 19.5's 8R width on my 54 2-ton. The wheels and tires aren't that much smaller, maybe 1-1/2" diameter if you hold them up to each other. Tony can go jump for "size" problem! The ride was so much nicer, and my speedo was off maybe some, but not enough to worry, like you can go fast in these things anyway! HA! I'm not sure what width I had really. Only 8" tires, off MH, kinda narrow, but hauled all I could put in it for gravel, about 4 to 5 tons or yards of limestone. It was enough for the truck and brakes to haul! Tires hardly squatted.
