Late model 10-lug 19.5" wheels are one piece, and bolt right up, BUT, the center hole is slightly bigger. In 54 and up the whole is exact, I had them on my 54 2-ton. You can then run 8r 19.5" radials, makes better ride and handling. Not much smaller in diameter than 20" either. I was always going to experiment with having a small 1/8" square ring made on a lathe to tack into wheels to fit on hubs closer. The weight is supposed to be carried on the hub, not studs. BUT, if you use the trim rings available in 5 lug for front and 10-lug for back wheels, I think you could spread the tension around enough to run those new wheels fine. I have seen later model splits on many junkers I brought home, and mixed styles, didn't seem to be a problem for many years. Delivery trucks, motorhomes and the HD3500 Super Duty 1-ton Chevs have those wheels. Even up to last years models. Check a big truck or ag tire store for used.
