I have the same lift as Doug. They will mount to a 4" slab if the slab is big enough and in good condition. Mine had cracks, contacted BendPak and they gave me the specs to pour suitable piers to make the lift work. It is in the 3rds bay and is a little too cramped on that side. Better than a creeper though.
