I always ask how old they are; over 65---4 post, under 65---your choice. Those arms get harder to position with each passing year and getting up from the floor is not fun at my 85. Just use what is best for your need. My four post has rolling jack so brake and suspension work can be done just like on a two post. My two post has just gathered dust for 15 years do to creaky joints.
