| | | | Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 491 Unconventional Thinker | | Unconventional Thinker Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 491 | I believe with a closed throttle there won't be enough air drawn in for the compression stroke to compress, thus, recording a very low number or possibly no number for the amount of psi in the cylinder being tested.
