The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Interiors Fresh Air Heater Question: Water Flow Direction

I was following another fresh air heater thread, when I had a question about the direction of water flow through the system. I've posted below an image from the repair manual that I have drawn some read arrows onto. Is this the direction of water flow? I only ask because I'm using a non-stock engine.
