Cost and quality are almost always a tradeoff.
My personal experience is with painless brand, speedway motors brand, and cheap ebay garbage. Based on that, I recommend the Speedway. They are quite a bit cheaper than the Painless harnesses and (in my opinion) every bit as good. Painless has more customization options available if you want/need those, but it doesn't sound like you do.
There was another thread about wiring recently that had at least one other recommendation (coach harnesses?). Maybe someone else will chime in with other recommendations.
