There is a wealth of information, including interior paint scheme. http://www.59apache.com/index.htmlThat's a great document and when looking at the interior colors there I see where the steps and riser are painted Charcoal when the doorposts are Silver-beige. Is that the way Chevrolet did it in '59? For a production truck that seems like a lot of extra work to keep the different colors all separated.
