Hy GreggE, I'm having trouble understanding where the play you speak of could be coming from if you say it is not the type of play that can be adjusted out of the box? You say the steering wheel is tight on the shaft? Have you checked the pitman arm, drag link and tie rod ends for tightness and wear?
