Gord, what is the result or issue with the gasket installed between the carb and insulator. I just reinstalled my Rochester B and removed and scraped off the old gasket from the carb base. I read in an article that you don't use a gasket if there is an insulator. Not knowing "why" but just doing what was instructed I'm curious what problem that can cause. Thanks!
