What is the problem with the existing wheel cylinders? Are they leaking, or maybe the pistons are corroded? If the hard parts of the cylinders are in reasonably good shape, rebuilding the cylinders you've got would be the obvious solution. NAPA or some other professional-grade parts vendor will have the rubber cups you need, and possibly dust boots, etc. Of course, actually rebuilding things like wheel cylinders is probably a thing of the past in today's throwaway world!
