Whoa !,That's a good "BUY", for that truck, at that price. And looking at those air horns, on top of the cab, I'd say this truck is probably a Full Air Brake truck, or at least, air, over hydraulic. I'd leave it alone, if it were mine. These "Heavy Duty" Chevy Trucks are pretty "Rare". It would be a shame, to "Hack it". Of course, this is just my opinion.
