Thanks Jerry - lots of good ideas. I just built up a modified rad cap to apply 5 lb of air pressure there. I'll try draining the coolant and see if that is enough pressure to make bubbles. For the sewing, will I need to have the head off and use the drill press to get perfectly parallel holes, or is this a hand drill operation that can be done with the head in place? Any tricks on how to drill the curved surfaces?
