I had posted back about a decade ago when I had imported a 1937 and a 1970 Chev from Switzerland. I sold those way back and just bought a 1949 3600 pickup. I know what a great resource this forum is and hope I can add to it.
I do have a couple questions:
Is there a VIN decoder link?
How do I find the rear axle model? I can do the string around the driveshaft check for ratio.
I'll do a dual circuit master and front disc swap first. Anyone have a vendor recommendation?
Gotta fix the emergency brake too. Hardware is missing inside the drums.
