I drove my panel truck to a car show today, just to keep it limber and keep the battery charged. I arrived late and parked some distance away to avoid the crowds. But despite those handicaps I was surprised as heck when they announced my truck as the People's Choice winner! My truck was never intended to win shows. It is purposely very plain and unadorned, just the way an old panel truck should look. But apparently some people appreciated the subtlety.
