Organbuilder I remember seeing the X's but that was when we worked on em the first time ! Now they are seldom seen ,most mechanics just slap the pressure plate right on in there.So wouldn't worry about it, rebuilt is probably balanced anyway. Your new disc is probably balanced too!!
