Have orig shoes re-lined. Orig cyls re-sleeved. My shop does the shoes, cleans and blasts, rivets or glues the lining on, and coat with some clear sealer on metal. Look brand new, cheaper than new, IF there was new.
Sleeving in brass or alum, or stainless now days, check the links here for places. Not cheap, but what you gonna do? Rebuild kits of just rubbers and springs should be any kind that is right diameter? Check classic mags or Hemmings for dealers of these parts. Think alot of older stuff is "Fix" the old, not buy "new". Good Luck!
