I have a 49 2 ton chevy 6400 series, from what I have found out to date it has a 1954 235 in it. From looking at differant site's it appears that the only engine's avaiable in 1949 where the 216 or 235.
My question are, are these engine size's the only one's available in 49. Is it possable to find out what engine was in my truck when it was bought new?
