I agree that you should replace most of it. I am still working out the bugs on the brake job for my '55 GMC 450 series. I too tried to rebuild the wheel cylinders, which ended up seeping and are now new, I found them at Brake and Equipment Warehouse in MN 1-800-523-4632 good prices and fast turnaround time, I even emailed a pic and they double checked a match.
I also had my hydrovac rebuilt by some folks in CA, check em out.
