I guess someone assumed the slots in the discharge orifice were for a screwdriver. I can send a pic later, but I don’t know why it wouldn’t still function as it is. I’m not 100% certain I installed the metering rod correctly in relation to the pump arm. But your pic will help me confirm.
One other thing for today, the needle/seat on my carb has a spring in the works. Not sure if that’s included in the kits or not.
