The one i remember was a simple picture that showed to double ended arrows , one pushed foward to engage the pto. The other pulled back to raise the hoist. Had print like up and down and in and out on each arrow. It was just a black and white decal about 2" sq. Had a warning about not driving down the road with the pto engaged. I'd have to draw it out to explain it better. Wasn't fancy like the 2 speed one, and might not have even been factory, it was just on the back of the visor beside the other one.
