As far as assembly, once you get it up in there you will see what all it's holes are for or look at any 55.2-59 truck in your area.
My biggest point of confusion is up front by the radiator support. I also can't tell how everything is supposed to bolt up in the lower corner down by the cab. I can see where the holes along the top match up to the outer fender, though.
This vehicle is really only going to be driven on nice days, and to car shows, so I wasn't really concerned about the road grime. But I can see your other points being valid as well.
And in regard to your comment about comparing to another truck in my area, I don't see ANY of these near me, lol- I have to wait until Carlisle at the end of the month.
