In addition to the above post, I found my original rods, and have started to prep and paint them for installation. They mount to the firewall via 5/16" bolts (the holes are pre-threaded).
I'd have them installed in my truck already, but I'm in my nice clothes, and was told I can't work on my truck until later, after the family meal
