The head of the bolt is probably covered up by gunk, but the nut should be visible just inboard of the frame rails. Once those are loose and the transmission unbolted from the bellhousing, the engine will need to move forward to disengage the transmission input shaft from the clutch.
I think it'll be easier to pull the engine and transmission together. The torque tube has 4 bolts around the ball at the transmission mount crossmember and the lower two bolts also go thru the transmission mount.
