| | | | Joined: Dec 2013 Posts: 224 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2013 Posts: 224 | I am trying to align my hod and fenders and I came across a reference to “hood brace rods.” This was from a post from a 1954 Truck Shop Manual. Unfortunately my truck is a 1947 AD 3100. I don’t have these braces it doesn’t mean they weren’t there at one time.
Does anyone know if these rods were an original part on a ‘47 or were they a later part? Just thinking they help stabilize the hood front. | | |
