Well I finally tried to look up my engine numbers in my book. I seem to be failing miserably. THe block numbers are as follows:
'51 3100 - LAQ500403, or LAO500403
'53 6400 - S0627A
BY my book, I think the 51 prefix may be a LAG, which would be a '53 216.
THe '53 must be one of the later 235, 230, or 292's, probably '57 to '64 vintage. But I can't find the prefix in my book.
Can anybody offer any guidance?
