Last summer I overhauled and installed the carb from this thread:

After tuning, the carb worked great! The choke works great except I assume that when cold, the choke would raise the rpm until it warms up. Right now it doesn't, and will barely idle unless I press the accelerator slightly. It doesn't struggle to idle at all, it's not lean, etc. and responds nicely - the idle is just low. If it's intended to be used with the manual throttle cable that the Rochester used, I can hook that up, but if it's supposed to raise the idle until warm please point me in the right direction.
