Before you rebuild your carburetor, thoroughly check everything down stream.
Attached are horror story examples of what I ran into. I replaced it all.
I feel that most of this rust damage was due to Ethanol.
Gasoline filters are good for trapping the occasional particles from a gas station pump.
Don't waste a lot of time, money and effort on a carburetor if you plan to feed it dirty fuel.
