I found the above info on a Carter 1530A repair kit, for a YF 735S, on evil bay.
These kits are good for the metal parts but the gaskets are too hard and not usable with today's gasoline.
Which brings up a good point, if you plan to rebuilt the YF, buy a new/fresh repair kit that is Ethanol tolerant.
