Pics from an OLD iPad. 1 is the window channel, I think it should be of equal length on each side. Seems the rear is missing / to short? 2 the point on the outer jam I was refering to. Where I removed some weather strip that didnt seem factory. 3 opposite side where it was also removed. 4 lower window Channels front and rear. 5 patch to cover the slot. ??? Looks to me like a front channel was used in the rear and the rectangular opening was closed for an unknown reason. The clip at the bottom of the front guide is obviously for the window channel piece but the channel stops at the top of the guide in the rear. So, is the channel suppose to go to the bottom on both ends or just the front? I looked inside the opposite dood and it seems the rear guide has no channel only felt? For $54 I plan to just order a set of window channels and see how long they are. Couldn't get an answer from the sales rep.
