| Crusing in the Passing Lane Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 5,096 | A picture would help. You didn’t state if it has shifter sticking out the top or on the side, which would be what Paul, above, mentioned. GM used SM-420 and SM-465 4 speeds with the shifter sticking out the top, both good, both have parts available. 465’s come with long and short input shafts for 13, 14” clutches and 11 and 12” clutches.
