The early OEM tool kit had two tool suppliers, one of which was Vilchek, the other McKaig-Hatch. Vilchek would mark their tools with a V. One easily identifiable Vilchek characteristic is a "swoop" in the handles which yours don't have. I have no idea how long GM used those suppliers.
