| | | | Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 29,871 Kettle Custodian (pot stirrer) | | Kettle Custodian (pot stirrer) Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 29,871 | It's fairly simple to make an alternator bracket that straddles the front two exhaust manifold bolt holes, even if there's no boss on the manifold for the original generator/alternator mount. I've fabricated several of them out of a piece of angle iron and some short 3/8" pipe nipples.
