Thanks again for the pic. It finally clicked tonight in my head that I have seen something like that here in a bag down in my basement. I now have the wheels and pins!! I will clean them up tomorrow and get the seat frame put back in the truck. FYI, the wheel measured about .730". Your other measurements were pretty much spot on. This big jigsaw puzzle has been a challenge.
