these pics are perfect - they also point out that somehow all of those retainers that were spot welded onto the floor are not present on our truck. I noticed in the upper right corner of the pic with measurements there is a raised piece that is above the pedal stop. That's gone on my truck - is it there to retain the felt bushing for the accelerator / throttle rod?

Never been a better time to dive into a shelved restoration! My father-in-law and I are going to get this 49 back on the road!
