I've never found a difference in the quality or longevity of Snap-On tools from a pawn shop, yard sale, estate sale, or a flea market than the ones "new off the truck"! It's not really necessary to pay the full price if you can do a little savvy shopping. Ditto for Ebay! When some "mechanics" get a case of Budweiser Fever and think they really need another case of beer, it's surprising how tools can become available at a discount price! I've worked with quite a few of those guys over the years!
