If you still have the vertical part of the reveal intact, you could still match that up (not extend the patch to the horizontal part of the reveal. The saving grace on the rear of the cab is I believe the bed will mask that part. You could also reform that arch a bit if needed. It wouldn't be that hard to do with some flat stock to hammer against.
