There are a few patch panels that are USA made. I believe Jim Carter sells a few that are fabbed by Wheelwright Restorations. Inner Kick panels that I used, and inner rear cab corners that would work for the lower portion of the inner cab corner. I needed the whole inner cab corner so couldn't use that one.

I have used the made in Taiwan patch panels and they worked out OK. Just about every one of them needs to be massaged a bit to fit correctly.
