Posting this for a friend. 1949 5 window, 235. Wants to take out original tranny and enclosed drive line. Will a 1972 4 speed crawler bolt up to bell housing? If not what year tranny's will work to gain on highway speed and take out enclosed drive shaft. Thanks for any help with this.
