Ed, it's possible to get the bushing diameter close with a reamer, and then use a Sunnen hone to get an exact fit. I've fitted a truckload of spindle bushings that way over the past 50-something years. I've probably got a hone mandrel that size if you want to send me your spindles, kingpins, and bushings.
