Does anybody know what the rocker arm ratio happens to be on a stovebolt engine, and is it the same for both the intake and exhaust valves? I'm getting another brainstorm- - - - - -how about fabricating a fixture to accept individual rocker arm studs to replace the rocker shafts for a 216/235/261 engine, and using roller rockers for a big block V8 with a 1.7:1 ratio? By the time I'm done with building my Rube Goldberg engine, about the only original parts are going to be the block, cylinder head, and sheet metal!
