And by the way if you want to know if what you're seeing is rust or not, get some strong vinegar (not kitchen vinegar...you need 10% strength or better). Dip one end of a Q-Tip in it and put that on your suspected rust. If you see bubbling, it is rust. If no bubbling, suspect it is primer, paint or possibly even some sort of sealer.
