If a person is not an expert in automotive finishes, it is perfectly OK to call the Epoxy; 2K epoxy primer. It is sort of redundant, but not a hair splitting experience.
2K, in the vernacular, simply means 2 part. SPI epoxy primer is 2 part.
An expert will call primers; 2K primers and call epoxy primers; epoxy primer. Dongray has already said it's SPI epoxy. We know what that is.
