While you may find a rear that will swap in easily that is 10 lug,
The front axle swap will be the difficult part. If you don’t swap both, you’ll have to run different rims front vs rear. And the front axle will be too wide for your 38, you’ll have to find someone to narrow it unless you want the tires sticking out past the fenders.
The only 10 lug axles such as those I know would be the f450 and Chevy 3500HD from
The mid 90s. But again, if you swap only the rear, you’ll
Have different bolt patterns. If there is an easy solution, many of us haven’t found it yet.
