mike1951 Wrench Fetcher M Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 127 colorado springs	my tie rod... runs above the springs that is why I shortened the pitman arm... I may try an experiment and get one cut 2.5 inches.. just to see how different the steering is... it would still clear the tie rod... which was the initial problem..I could not turn left... the tie rod would bind on the drag link "I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy." -D.
