Since you are thinking about going to dual exhuast let me mention a few things you can find out more about using the search function:

First: Manifolds? Will you split your stock manifold, look for a OEM corvette split manifold($$$), use the cast Fenton dual exhuast manifolds or go with tube headers? One issue with this choice is how you will heat the intake. The stock manifold uses a heat riser and if you aren't going to change the intake, you might want to split the original manifolds or look for corvette manifolds. If you plan on upgrading to a dual intake manifold or 4bbl cliffords intake, that might affect your decision also.

Second: Pipes: Will you run duals all the way back? How about an x-pipe? What diameter pipes? Stainless? Straight out under the bumper? Shotgun style side by side pipes at one side of the rear bumper? Turn out behind each tire? What about a Y-collector and a single pipe from there back? Have you considered Patrick's dual exhaust pipe kit? Do you ever plan on upgrading the brakes to a dual master or booster, and will the pipe location interfer?

Third: Mufflers? Glass packs? Magnaflows?

There are debates about all these questions and probably no 'right' answer.

My personal choice was fenton headers, a y-pipe collector just below the cross member and a single 2 1/2" pipe back to a stock style muffler with a turn out behind the driver's side wheel- Sounds good, looks nice, inexpensive, and improved performance nicely. I also used a dual offy intake and heated it with water because I'm afraid of odorless carbon monoxide leaking from the manifold, getting into the cab and killing my brain slowly over various commutes to work. Next time I'd use a clifford's 4 bbl intake because one carb is less tuning work than 2 carbs and cliffords manifold is set up to heat easily with water.

Best of luck!
